The 2014 Nicklas Foundation Charity Golf Tournament was held at Bear Creek Golf Club on June 13, 2014. Below are some pictures from the event. Thank you to our sponsors, players, volunteers and donors for making the 7th Annual Nicklas Foundation Charity Golf Tournament a huge success. This year we were able to generate enough funds to house two transplant families and contribute $8,350.00 to the GPFD Hearts & Hoses Foundation

Rodney DeBaun completes 10K 4 months after heart transplant.

Not one, but two of our transplant apartment residents were blessed and received their “Gift of Life”. On March 20th Andrew Mehl received a double lung transplant while on the same night Michael Perry received a heart transplant, then a kidney transplant the next day. Please continue to keep these families as well as the families that lost a loved one in your prayers.
