Heart Transplant
Mark and his wife, Diane, moved to the Prairie Gate Community from Slayton, Minnesota on June 7, 2019, shortly after Mark received his gift of life on his 66th birthday on May 28, 2019! Mark was released and they were able to move home May 13, 2020.
